Customer Reviews

"I am a visitor to Te Awamutu. Today I had occasion to ask for advice and assistance at the Visitor Centre opposite the Rose Garden. The staff were helpful and gave excellent advice for which I was extremely grateful. I was trying to book a visit to Waitomo Caves online which was not straight forward and the staff at the centre recommended an alternative visit which is more what I wanted. They booked on my behalf. My cousin from Colorado, USA was with me and she was impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff. Very pleased."
