Stall Holders Information

  1. Rosetown Christmas Fair is on 22nd November 2025, open 9am to 2pm, a stall map and set up times will be sent to all stall holders booked in by email prior to the day

  2. We are fully booked for stalls (at the end of August 2025)

  3. All products must be NZ made

  4. The Fair will be going ahead rain or shine, please prepare yourself for all weather conditions

  5. We are merging the Rosetown Monthly Fair and the Annual Craft Fair, to be able to manage running these community events. This means this year it will be run differently, with a different layout and stall locations to previous years, we are unable to manage all of the requests for the same stall as last year but will are doing our best

  6. Once the fair is at full capacity (and you apply after that happens) you will be placed on a 'waitlist'. Being on the waitlist means you're on 'standby' and will contacted by us ONLY if a stall becomes available

  7. We are a very small team of volunteers who run the markets and the Information Centre, our primary job is to manage and operate the Te Awamutu isite Information and Visitor Centre. Please be mindful that we may not always be able to instantly respond to your questions, but your craft fair queries are a high priority to us! We will come back to you as soon as we can.

  8. All craft fair communication is via email from rosetownchristmasfair@gmail.com
