International Polo Day

An exciting and action filled afternoon of polo in early February each year is held at the Nga Rakau Polo Ground, Kihikihi for the International Polo Day.

The day features New Zealand's top young polo players challenging each other in the curtain raiser and is followed by the New Zealand team taking on an international invitation team in a test match.

There is an additional opportunity to purchase a prime location next to the field, put up a gazebo or marquee and invite along friends, family and or clients. Alternatively you can sit along side the field to experience the thrill of this fast and exciting sport.

This years event is to be held on Saturday 6th February and gets underway at 1pm with the North Island Team vs the South Island team. This will be followed by the Rosetown Holden International Match - Piquet Hill New Zealand vs Fullerton Ag. Argentina starting at 3pm.
