Playcentre activities

Playcentre is the ideal option for parents who wish to take an active role in their children's early childhood education. Each Playcentre is a licenced early childhood facility for 0-6 year olds, run as a parent co-operative that shows cultural understanding and a commitment to biculturalism. As a participating parent you are involved "hands-on" with your child's learning and in the day to day running of the centre.

Playcentre provides a fun and friendly atmosphere where learning is both child initiated and child centred. There are a large variety of quality play experiences for the children which include:

In addition it provides a high adult child ratio (1:3), free adult education (NZQA), mixed age sessions - birth to school age and 3 free visits to see if you like us!
